Arknights: Endfield



Arknights: Endfield's latest Gamescom ONL 2025 trailer offers a deeper look at its AIC facility gameplay mechanic, giving fans a glimpse of how base-building integrates into the experience. Call of Duty Black Ops 7 Gameplay Reveal



Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 shakes up the series with a reality-bending Co-Op Campaign, intense Multiplayer featuring 18 launch maps, and the terrifying comeback of Round-Based Zombies. Step into the chaos and face the wildest Black Ops experience ever. The Black Ops 7 beta starts on October 5th, with early access starting October 2nd. The trailer also reveals the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 release date of November 14, 2025.

Swords of Legends



Did anyone say more chaotic and weird action? Well, we have another Black Myth: Wukong-style game on our hands. Swords of Legends is a Chinese myth-inspired third-person action RPG from Aurogon Shanghai. Play as Si Pan, an Underworld Enforcer reborn to battle in the mortal realm using mystical techniques, divine artefacts, and captured souls.

Enshrouded Wake of the Water



The wildly popular Enshrouded will be getting update 7 in October, as teased during Gamescom. We saw a character swimming underwater and fighting lizard creatures.

The base game is currently available to play on PC, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, GeForce NOW, and Microsoft Windows.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2



A quick trailer reminds us that this violent first-person RPG action game is set to launch on October 21, 2025. It's coming to Epic Games Store, Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.

La Divina Commedia



The trailer opens on a sword-wielding fighter taking down a deadly dog-like beast. It appears to be a retelling of the Dante Alighieri's The Divine Comedy.

This haunting game is coming to Steam. No date was listed.

Cinder City



We got a look at Cinder City, NCSoft's upcoming MMO tactical shooter formerly known as Project LLL. There were powerful mechs, choppers, tanks, and more.

Road Kings



Road Kings was introduced as a long-haul trucking sim with a focus on customisation and Americana style. At Gamescom, the trailer spotlighted country tunes, shiny rigs with swappable attachments, money-making hauls, and playful dashboard trinkets like bobbleheads. Road Kings promises a mix of realism and charm, releasing in 2026.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds



Developed by Sonic Team and published by SEGA, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is the next kart-racer in the Sonic franchise, featuring a massive roster, transforming vehicles, and the NEW "Travel Rings" mechanic that warps racers mid-race to alternate tracks. The game is officially launching on September 25, 2025 for most platforms, including PS5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC.

Hollow Knight: Silksong



Hollow Knight: Silksong, Team Cherry's long-awaited sequel, has been in development for years as the follow-up to the critically acclaimed Metroidvania. At Gamescom 2025, Geoff Keighley confirmed it will release this year, debuting fresh gameplay that highlighted new biomes, enemies, and Hornet's expanded movement. Silksong launches in 2025.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword



Capcom's Onimusha series, long dormant since its PS2 heyday, returns with Onimusha: Way of the Sword. Revealed at Gamescom, the trailer showed a samurai preparing for brutal katana duels against grotesque monstrosities, twisted flesh, glaring eyes, and writhing tentacles, alongside cinematic boss battles. Onimusha: Way of the Sword is set for 2026.

John Carpenter's Toxic Commando



Saber Interactive, best known for World War Z and co-op chaos, is back with John Carpenter's Toxic Commando. At Gamescom, gameplay showed players driving through infested zones, cracking crates for loot, wielding heavy weapons, and battling hordes of zombies with friends amid tentacled horrors. Toxic Commando will release in 2026.

Time Takers



Time Takers, a new hero shooter blending elements of Overwatch and Marvel Rivals, made its debut at Gamescom. The reveal trailer showcased colourful heroes wielding unique powers, fast-paced FPS combat, and creative throwables that shake up team fights. The stylish new contender has been announced with no release date.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin



Netmarble F&C, already known for its global hit The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross, unveiled The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin at Gamescom 2025 during Opening Night Live. The cinematic trailer plunged players into an expansive open-world Britannia with original characters and multiverse-spanning combat. Launching in 2025 across PS5, Steam, iOS, and Android.

Project Spectrum



Project Spectrum was revealed at Gamescom as a stylish action game blending emotional storytelling with explosive combat. The trailer showed a white-haired lead battling enemies with guns, Molotovs, and fire, all while wrestling with possession and buried trauma. Project Spectrum has no release date.

Resident Evil Requiem



Capcom, masters of survival horror, dug deep into fear with Resident Evil Requiem at Gamescom. The trailer delivered bone-chilling hallways, flashlight-only glimpses of an eerie environment, and a story-driven dive into trauma. Launching February 27, 2026.

Black Myth Zhong Kui



Game Science, the team behind Black Myth: Wukong, unveiled a new project at Gamescom titled Black Myth: Zhongkui. Just as stylish as its predecessor, the reveal teased cinematic mythological combat and larger-than-life designs rooted in Chinese folklore. Black Myth: Zhongkui impressed with its debut, though no release date was given.

SWERY (and Sharapova) swung by the Future Games Show at gamescom to dig into Hotel Barcelona, White Owls Inc's upcoming slasher roguelike. You can check in to the Hotel Barcelona when it launches on PC, PlayStation and Xbox this September.
