Nope. Not a distance runner. Not even much of a runner anymore and even in my youth, I was more of a sprinter.

Depends on what you mean by fancy dress. For me, just a suit is fancy. And I used to wear those at least a couple times a year for company events and weddings. Now if we're talking the really fancy stuff, I haven't donned a tux since my best friend's wedding in the nineties.

No, not on a sports team - I did represent Scotland at school playing netball and volleyball though and have participated in professional pole fitness events.
