Hard to believe the Queen is gone, there have been some great tributes and montages on TV. They really show what a remarkable woman she was and how dedicated she was to her country and the Commonwealth.

I've just watched King Charles' speech in full. Lovely tributes to his mother. She's irreplaceable but I think Charles will be a really good King.

I think he'll want to try and focus on the environment as his legacy.

Her devotion and dedication to the sovereign will never be forgotten. She was a true inspiration to the whole world and the world has lost someone very special.

The coverage for me has been very interesting. A lot of stuff I didn't know about the way royalty works and this whole new king protocol etc. All I have known is the Queen in charge. This proclamation etc is all brand new to me and am sure plenty of others.

On a lighter note:

It was fascinating to watch today. Not something you expect to see in the modern world but still fascinating.

And now we know the Queen will be buried on Monday 19th September.

It was good to see William, Kate, Harry and Meghan at Windsor together after all the reports of family divisions - maybe they are just reunited by grief.

Now focus turns to Scotland on Sunday.

Been to work today. All the supermarkets I've been in have had a floral tribute and a photograph of the Queen somewhere around the front of the store. Nice touch.

Just seen some of the service of thanksgiving at St Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh, it looked like a very nice service and fitting for the Queen who really loved spending time in Scotland

Today's coverage was been interesting, informative, moving, and honourable. It made me sad, proud and at times intrigued. I've learnt a fair bit today about the traditions etc.

I thought how dignified the Scotland part of the proceedings was, the only thing I found hard was this evening in St Giles when all four of her children had to stand and pay homage to their mother...I think that should have been private for members of the Royal Family and not televised.

What an incredible event today.

How they managed to get that all organised and practised is beyond me. Every step was accounted for, and every person knew exactly what was expected and how.

Not a keen Royalist but that was a remarkable event that very few people or countries could ever dream to accomplish.

I wasn't going to watch it all but was glued to the event as if it was an award-winning film.

Spectacular watch. The procession down the long walk. Just amazing.

Really moved by today's events. Feel like it's the end of something really special, something that I've taken for granted my entire life

Well no-one does pomp and pageantry like us Brits, that was quite a spectacle.

I've never, or ever will again, seen anything like that.

The final procession at Windsor, past her horse, and when she was lowered into the vault, was all pretty moving.
