I've been pretty much non-stop since moving in to my flat last Wednesday.. Feeling a bit fatigued today.

Hoping I manage to have an hour or so this afternoon just to sit and chill out.

Done anything exciting?

Not for a while, but this weekend my wife and I are going tenting near the Fundy coast. Hopefully we will see a whale or two and maybe a great white shark. And hopefully we do not see any bears, they are on the rise this year.

Well, marijuana is legal in Canada, and that is all I have to say about that.

I was drenched twice in the morning, went into work for 11am then realised my lunch was still in the fridge. Got soaked again tonight. It has been a splendid day.

Its Friday. It's sunny. All is good.

Tropical storm Fay has formed and will move up the coast of the States, through the Carolina's, Boston, New York, and then Toronto. Although it will be west of us, it will bring significant amounts of rain over our area during Saturday night, our camping night. Should be a hoot. I just hope I have the will-power to not touch the sides and roof of the tent.

Today, that makes me feel, well, indifferent, Come Sunday morning, probably soaking wet.

Yesterday was kinda hectic, putting a new fence up around the garden. We had trouble with some of the posts but got them in eventually. Back at it today, after breakfast, but those troubles yesterday have probably added an extra day to the project.

Feeling a bit cheesed off this morning.. ?

Work yesterday felt like a complete waste of time.. Should have got about 25-30 Chromebooks set up for kids needing them over summer (it's a Coronavirus thing), and I didn't get any done due to account sync and password issues. We also had a power cut last week which killed one of our CCTV cameras (they have 4 layers of protection to prevent this), and it should have been fixed yesterday - but we seem to have a contract with one of the most incompetent outfits, and the engineer came out with the incorrect winch, delaying the job until Monday.

Then I have my daughter staying with me for the weekend and she normally sleeps from around 7pm. Last night she was still awake past 10pm, meaning I didn't get anything done that I wanted to! I know deep down it's not her fault, the change of circumstances is unsettling for us both and she still sleeps in a cot at her Mum's whereas she has a single bed here.. Still frustrating though!

Spent the afternoon at the park, feeding the ducks and playing on the monkey puzzle and swings with my daughter. Everyone seems a little less stressed this weekend
