Anxiety and Depression kicking my ass today

Not sure what is going on but I'm had no energy at all since Friday. Not feeling ill or anything just deflated and no ooomph!!

Weather is a bit blah, but I am in my office for the first time in a while (been working from home save for the odd trip in) and kind of enjoying it.

Shopping done. New mask is easier for breathing than old one so that's good. Got some house and yard work to do but weather is nice so might lean to the latter.

The sun is shining, it's a beautiful day plus we had ice cream cones while walking in the local park earlier this morning. Perfect day

Glad to see the back of March.

It's not the best month for me personally and always leaves me a bit deflated.

Can't believe it is April already though!

Nice spring here so far so I am surviving. Been a bit in the dumps but coming out of it. Managed to get a story out (I write fiction) for the first time since winning a competition in the Fall. It's no winner but it's getting good reactions and got me working on some more . Hope to get outside today and tomorrow which should help, too.
