Jury Duty (2023) TV Thread

Has anyone been watching this? The wife and I have are on episode 4 and it's genuinely one of the funniest shows I've seen for a long time.

The 'I'm actually a racist' scene from episode 1 had me in tears.

It's from the makers of The Office - basic premise is that someone (Ronald) has been selected for jury duty. Unbeknownst to him, the whole thing is a sham, with every other juror, judge, bailiff etc being a paid actor.

James Marsden is playing an obnoxious, thick version of himself and he's absolutely nailing it. His scenes in episode 1 had me in stitches.

Half way through it. Ronald is the worlds nicest guy

No idea how he takes all that shit in his stride.

I'm enjoying it but I wonder if it isn't quite funny enough often enough.
