Is it just me or does anyone else just not get the fascination with the place?

I just don't understand how popular it is, it's just food you can make at home easily that tastes just as good, imo. Chicken and chips, mainly, the only decent thing is their sauces (which are nice by the way but you can buy them in the supermarkets)

Went for the first time in years last week, cost over £25 for a butterflied chicken breast, a portion of chips and a drink.

Well overpriced as well.

We like it, it's nice but it is overpriced for what amounts to a fancy bit of chicken and some chips.

As you say, you can do better at home (well, Eily can in our case)

Quite often go to Nandos if I'm staying in a strange city centre for work, can walk in, order a double chicken pitta and spicy rice, a beer, pay and get on my way again in no time.

Expensive meal out if you take the family though.
