It's not the typical sprain, the ankle rolled in the opposite direction which isn't good news.
Is that where a high-ankle sprain comes into play, or is that more to do with the direction the foot is pointing?
AFAIK, high ankle sprains are bad 'normal' ankle sprains where the ligaments are torn.
Could be completely wrong though.
