Abysmal ratings. Has anyone watched it all yet? I try not to get coloured by ratings and opinions, so I didn't look it up until I had watched the first episode, but I must admit - the first episode is a brutal watch. And not in a good way. Characters are just annoying. Everyone.

Doesn't really feel like a Resident Evil title at one point really. I'm not sure which audience they are trying to cater too with this. I'm not even sure teenagers, which I assume it's made for, will buy into it?

Watched the first episode and the only good thing about it is Lance Reddick

I enjoyed episode 1 after deciding this wasn't the Resident Evil I grew up with.

The Reddick school scene has me on board with this new Wesker.

Some dodgy acting but looking forward to the rest of the episodes after ep 1.

Watched the first two episodes and kinda just gave up. It's not terrible or unwatchable. It's just not very good. It doesn't help that two of the main characters make literally the dumbest decisions you can imagine that end up starting the chain of events for the main premise. Surely they could have found another way to get there with less stupidity.

Netflix has opted not to renew this live-action series adaptation of the beloved video game series Resident Evil.

Maybe just stop making movies and shows based on the Resident Evil series now, it's clearly not working?
