Severance TV Thread

Sensationally good.

I envy anybody who gets to go through those first 9 episodes for the first time. Just brilliant in every way.

It was epic TV! Just hope season 2, whenever it comes out, isn't a stinker.

Can they do something as well as the music dance experience in season two though?

It feels like it was a one-and-done. Doing it again wouldn't land as well.

Finished the season today. I think it's by far the best show "TV" has produced in years. But I have two fears

1. They lose interest and it becomes another Mindhunter, we get really good S1 and S2 then everyone making it loses interest because "it's streaming content and doesn't really matter". The disposable nature of streaming making fantastic long running shows a rarity these days.

2. They pull a LOST and open so many "mystery" story lines that they never actually finish any and the makers get lost....in their own world of mindless side quests. Literally every department we seen so far has barely scratched the surface of Lumon and Petey's map is a goldmine for so many more departments to be found.

I'm far more worried that the disposable nature of streaming series may be the downfall of the show but I am absolutely hooked for season 2.

Late to the party here, only started this over Christmas and finished it last night.

All I can say is WOW. What a show, every episode is top class but the season finale is just fantastically done.

Best show I've seen in a long time.

I'll be going on to Slow Horses next and Bad Sisters.

Apple is definitely making quality shows.

It's truly superb in its originality, a horror for the all-powerful corporation age

Only discovered Severance a few weeks back. Finished it last night. One of the best shows I've watched this year.
