We've just bought a spin bike for at home as we can't get to the gym.

Can anyone that uses one recommend any decent apps to use for classes or sessions? ( Janey, Gemma)

We didn't want to fork out for the peloton bike and classes.

Not sure, it hasn't arrived yet, it's due at the weekend....

I did a bit research and the one I've got seems to be decent enough, I was surprised how hard it was to get one, most were due for delivery mid February.

Cornetto is probably the best person to ask

There are plenty of videos on Youtube, once you've done a few sessions it all becomes pretty repetitive and you should be able to build your own session to suit your level of fitness and what you are trying to achieve.

I use one for my cardio in the gym, absolute shit hot mate. Solid.

I reckon Youtube is as good a place as any to start - and a smartwatch/Fitbit if you've got one.
