This Tampa defense deserve some praise for this opening 40 minutes.

9-31 Buccaneers. Well, if it happens this will be the greatest comeback since Lazarus

Mahomes beginning to limp pretty bad now as we reach the end of the third quarter.

 

[Birdman]

That was a hell of an effort by Mahomes. Injured but still scrambling like his life depended on it.

That throw on 4th down was insane and possibly should have been caught.

Mahomes clearly is struggling with turf toe.

Should the Chiefs play Henne now?

As disappointing as this match up has turned out, that shot of a 95-year-old mamma Arians cheering on her son cheered me up a bit

BBC are absolutely right. Once Tampa Bay got a more balanced offense with the run game, better protection and underneath throws after the regular season defeat to Kansas City, they've looked so much better. They're still throwing deep but not nearly as much as the early games.

Fournette has probably earned himself a nice contract somewhere after his playoff run. He went unclaimed on waivers after he was cut by the Jags!

Kansas City badly need a touchdown to put some respectability on the scoreline.
