I think America needs more political parties!!
Yes. A country cannot continue to function if it's a two-party system that is so fundamentally divided on pretty much every issue. What we are currently watching is the not so slow destruction of the United States as a functioning country. And it's about to get a hell of a lot worse over the next 6 months.

He paid $750 in federal taxes in both 2016 & 2017, writing the rest off due to losses. Also"paid taxes using tax credits", however the hell that works

The New York Times have published his tax returns. If legit, he paid $750 the year he got elected and the "great businessman" loses money most years

I wish I could say it would make a big difference, should be the icing on the cake moment to end this clown show, but it probably won't. It's still gonna be a stupidly close election in all likelihood. Just hope enough of the voters who can be persuaded and are lucky enough to be able to vote break for Biden.

The sad thing is millions and millions will still vote for him. Beyond any shred of doubt, this man is unfit for office. Yet, some will decide everything against him is a conspiracy even when the damning words come from his mouth at his press conferences.

Loads of people have been defending him online. It's incredible that they don't see that he is cheating everyone who does pay their taxes, they think he is being clever in minimising his tax bill. Some would still defend him if he killed their granny.

His whole election was built on him being a successful businessman. These reports show he losing more money than he's making. His debts are staggering.

He has also been saying his tax returns were being audited for months and months. It is a normal process for anyone seeking election to show their returns.

But as has been said already, this will all be classed as fake news and the MSM creating some kind of conspiracy against him.

Politics has become so polarised that some people are unable to see what is staring them in the face.

You are probably right.

He'll just spin it as fake news, another example of the media trying to unfairly undermine him, and genius tax planning when he is actually incredibly successful. Like so many other things, a few years back this would have been shocking, now it is just another in a long list.

Donald Trump has announced that he and the first lady, Melania Trump, have tested positive for coronavirus, after one of his closest advisers contracted the virus, throwing the 2020 US election into chaos.

On Friday morning, the US president tweeted: "Tonight, FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19." He wrote that they would begin quarantine immediately.

Well it's hardly surprising given Trump's attitude towards COVID-19 and by extension the White House and given there's been at least a couple of others who have it and were in close contact with him
