Relatively, yes. Not where I should be but better than a lot of people in my age bracket.

In that same vein, what is your favorite thing to do for exercise?

I'm a pole fitness and flexibility instructor and a yoga coach so I spend a lot of my time exercising and in the gym. Yoga is my favourite form of exercise, it keeps me not just physically fit but also mentally aware.

Another plus is I haven't broken any bones or done myself any injuries practising or teaching yoga

Yes. The climate could be better but I'm happy about everything else.

Are you an online or in-store shopper?

Groceries are in-store but more and more I am shopping online for goods and clothes.

Do you prefer to be shouted down or critiqued, or the silent treatment?

Oooh tough choice. I will go with being critiqued, feels like the other person has put more effort in.

We are now in September - has the summer flown by for you?

Yes. I can't actually believe we are in September but at times during lockdown, time seemed to stand still so it is weird in a way to say the summer has flown by.

Maybe 2 or 3 times a month.
