I watched this a couple of weeks ago and actually enjoyed it. I have a basic understanding of chess but their games and moves went way over my head. The final episode had me on the edge of my seat. Even my husband enjoyed and he's very fussy at what he watches.

Yes, it's very good and it's not my genre usually and I've no interest in chess.

Was tempted to learn how to play chess for about 5 minutes but then remembered how hard it looks

Saw everyone on here raving about Queens Gambit and I was thinking a programme about chess can't be that good.

Ha ha how wrong I was. We started it last night and only stopped after 3 episodes because it was one in morning!

Amazing can't wait to watch it again tonight.

I really enjoyed this. I'd go as far as saying it's the strongest thing Netflix has done since the first season of House Of Cards.
