People are always on their feckin' phones. Saw a lad at work yesterday in the bathroom with a phone in hand while using a urinal.

The (Americanised) online contracts training I'm doing in work keeps using the phrase "alongside with". The utterly redundant "with" is getting on my last nerve.

I realise I might have had Covid-19 (got the vaccine), sore sinus, headache, sluggish, and sleeping a lot.

Why did I only cop on and accept it a week after it started? I blamed Christmas ruining my usual system, blamed the weather, everything except Covid, which is the more logical explanation.

My postman/women folds my letters in half before putting them through the letterbox.

My letterbox is big enough for a full, non folded letter.

The annual car insurance carry on.

Raise price by 25%. Call and cancel. We'll only increase the price by 2%. OK.
