Under the Banner of Heaven was one of the best shows I have watched in years. Garfield is outstanding.

I finished this recently. I thought it was a very good dramatisation of the events and very watchable. I didn't realise the Mormons only came into existence recently (in religious terms) and that their beliefs (some of them and only some of those in the faith) were unreal and unlawful

Finished this recently and really liked it, good performances and a gripping drama. Felt not unlike a season of True Detective, and actually it was super educational with regards the founding of the LDS Church and the lives/mindsets of Mormons.

Probably one of the best things I've seen this year to be honest, essential viewing for fans of crime-drama.

I hadn't even heard of it until someone recommended it, so it almost slipped under the radar for me personally.
