Who is going to score the goals for Spain though? Are they counting on 16 year old Yamal?
Morata is almost 1:2 in the national team - 35 goals 73 played

Goalscoring is always Spain's achilles heel, but agree that on form they are by far the most difficult team to play against. They're the only team that keep the ball like a top club side.

I'd say France or Portugal for me. England have a chance but if they are to go far they need their attacking players to find their rhythm.

I think England is less experienced and pretty weaker overall than last time, with Southgate getting the stick in spite of having completely reshaped his selection principles: "in form" yet unproven and individual players instead of his loyal cogs, either injured or out of favour.

Germany at home will be a tough nut to crack. France would be my choice or maybe Spain

Revisiting this after the group stages...

Looking at the draw you've got to say England but they've no chance if they keep playing the same way they did during the group stages!

Spain have looked good but their lack of a striker may be a problem come the knockout stages. I'd still fancy them and Germany to be in the final.

Every team except Spain has been shite. The general quality has also been awful.

I miss the contrasting styles you'd get at international tournaments. Spain's tiki taka vs German organisation, etc. Every team is a clone of each other now and none of them are even particularly great at whatever it is they're trying to do.

Georgia were fun. Spain look like a proper team playing to their strengths. They should win but probably someone will fluke a 1-0 against them.

England's side of the draw is genuinely disgraceful for the latter stages of a Euros.
