Xbox Black Screen of Death Xbox

Hi!
My xbox is on but it just shows a black screen. I tried to start it in safe mode, it was quite difficult, but it worked. First I tried to reset the xbox by saving apps and games, then I downloaded the system update to a pendrive and tried to update offline but it still doesn't work. As a last try I reseted the xbox by removing everything. Of course it didn't work. I don't think anything else helps, that's why I wrote this.
After every attempt I got this system error: "E100 00000701 80070570"
Can I do something or do I have to bring it to a service?

If it isn't turning on at all it could be the power supply or it could be the hard drive that has failed or become corrupt - in cases like this, unfortunately, you would need to send it for repair to determine the exact fault and solution.
