I watched last night and despite thinking it was largely terrible in pretty much everything it did I still enjoyed it and thought it was an entertaining enough watch.

Watched it the other day, and the first hour or so was a bit slow, but the rest of the movie was epic. I do think some of the casting choices were odd - Tom Holland was quite weak in his role, for example.

Not going to lie, this was red meat for the boys when it came on as a trailer prior to the Odyssey. It looks fantastic (will probably be panned, now I've created a thread).
I'm hoping that this is a resurgence of films set in this time period, but significantly improved. Very much looking forward to it.

I watched it on Prime Video. I loved it! I read the book some time ago and didn't remember much until I started watching the movie. I didn't remember the end, which is good because I hate spoilers!
