And certainly, we have drivers who need to focus on driving and talk less, because we still have important races ahead of us and finishing second is not impossible.
Red Bull will promote Frenchman Isack Hadjar to their senior team and hand 18-year-old Briton Arvid Lindblad a debut Formula 1 season in 2026.
Lindblad, who has a Swedish father and a mother of Indian descent, will be teammate to New Zealander Liam Lawson at the second team Racing Bulls.
The shuffling of Red Bull's driver line-up sees Japanese Yuki Tsunoda lose his seat on the grid after five seasons.
Hadjar, 21, will become four-time champion Max Verstappen's team-mate after an impressive rookie season at Racing Bulls, which included an outstanding podium finish at the Dutch Grand Prix.
Lindblad joins five other drivers with British nationality on the grid next year - Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton, McLaren's Lando Norris, Mercedes' George Russell, Oliver Bearman of Haas and Williams driver Alex Albon, who races under the Thai flag but was born and raised in Britain.
Lindblad said it was a "proud moment", adding: "2026 will be a big challenge and I know there's a lot to learn, but I'm ready to work closely with the team and rise to it. I can't wait to get started."
Eddie Jordan, the flamboyant former Formula 1 team owner and television pundit, has died aged 76.
The Irishman, who had aggressive prostate cancer, died in the early hours of Thursday morning.
A statement from his family said: "It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Eddie Jordan OBE, the ex-Formula 1 team owner, TV pundit and entrepreneur.
"He passed away peacefully with family by his side in Cape Town in the early hours of 20 March 2025."
Jordan, who was known across the world for his outspoken, mischievous character, achieved rare success as an independent team owner.
His team, which made its debut in 1991, won four grands prix in its 15 years in the sport and challenged briefly for the drivers' championship in 1999, before suffering declining fortunes and being sold in 2005.
Jordan later became a television pundit, first for BBC Sport and then for Channel 4, where his outspoken views were paired with an ability to break major news stories.

The 33-year-old Australian had been looking for a way to stay in Formula 1 after his McLaren contract was terminated at the end of the season.
He will assist Red Bull with testing and simulation work as well as commercial activities, the team said.
Ricciardo said he was "truly excited" to be returning to the team for whom he won seven grands prix between 2014 and 2018, before leaving for Renault.
Team principal Christian Horner said: "It is great to bring Daniel back into the Red Bull family. He has enormous talent and such a brilliant character.
"I know the whole family is excited to be welcoming him home.
"In his role as third driver, Daniel will give us a chance to diversify, assisting in the development of the air, aiding the team with his experience and knowledge of what it takes to succeed in F1."
A smiling Ricciardo said the welcome he had been given by Horner, Red Bull motorsport adviser and the whole team was "something I'm sincerely appreciative of".
"The ability to contribute and be surrounded by the best team in F1 is hugely appealing, while also giving me some time to recharge and refocus," he added.
Ricciardo spent five seasons with Red Bull and left at the end of 2018 because he felt the team were becoming increasingly focused on Max Verstappen, to his detriment.

That's disappointing. I was hoping Williams would be challenging the "Top 4" more this season.
Qualifying - promoting performance
- Adjustments to energy management parameters, including a reduction in maximum permitted recharge from 8MJ to 7MJ, aimed at reducing excessive harvesting and encouraging more consistent flat-out driving. This change targets a maximum superclip duration reduced to approximately 2-4 seconds per lap.
- Peak superclip power increased to 350kW, previously being 250kW, further reducing the time spent recharging, and reducing driver workload on energy management. This will also be applied in Race conditions.
- The number of events where alternative lower energy limits may apply has been increased from 8 to 12 races, allowing greater adaptation to circuit characteristics.
Race - improved safety and consistency of performance- The maximum power available through the Boost in race conditions is now capped at +150kW (or the car's current power level at activation if higher) limiting sudden performance differentials.
- MGU-K deployment is maintained at 350kW in key acceleration zones (from corner exit to braking point, including overtaking zones) but will be limited to 250kW in other parts of the lap.
- These measures are designed to reduce excessive closing speeds while maintaining overtaking opportunities and overall performance characteristics.
Race starts - enhanced safety mechanisms- A new "low power start detection" system has been developed, capable of identifying cars with abnormally low acceleration shortly after clutch release.
- In such cases, an automatic MGU-K deployment will be triggered to ensure a minimum level of acceleration and mitigate start-related risks without introducing any sporting advantage.
- An associated visual warning system is being introduced, activating flashing lights (rear and lateral) on affected cars to alert following drivers.
- A reset of the energy counter at the start of the formation lap has also been implemented to correct a previously identified system inconsistency.
Wet conditions - improving safety and visibilityColton Herta is understood to be the leading candidate to replace the Finnish driver, although the American still needs enough points to secure an FIA Super Licence.
Cadillac are reportedly disappointed with Bottas' performances so far this season.
Meanwhile, Sergio Pérez is not considering leaving the project before 2028.
