Anyone seen this yet? It was released last April in Italy, will be shown on 17th February on Sky Atlantic, has been given a 2nd Series.

Just finished this. On the whole, I wouldn't recommend it.

It looks very well, but the writing is really poor and it feels like a direct translation of an Italian script. Some of the dialogue is really wooden at times and doesn't sound natural at all.

Some of the characters (Massimo, Oliver), have well-developed stories/backgrounds and some of the others (including Dominic, the main antagonist) don't really have much in the way of background at all.

The plot itself isn't well explained - some of the actions the main people take are really strange and hard to understand.

It's a pity because it looks at the financial collapse from a European perspective and it is interesting to see the contemporaneous media coverage at the time.

Yhe vast majority of Sky's stuff seems to suffer from this type of thing - initially sounds good as a premise and looks flashy but mostly hollow and even boring in the end.
