I hope not, I don't want the World Championship decided by a penalty, add a point to his super licence, fine him but let them start the next race on level ground.

I assume they will have all the telemetry so if they are summoning him then I'd guess there is potential for punishment as if the telemetry showed nothing they wouldn't summon him?
