Hulk penalty is ridiculous.
Sainz penalty also ridiculous for the opposite reason. And to those saying it's not on the driver but instead on the team are utterly clueless. If you're going slow in the middle of the track somewhere and you didn't know someone on a flying lap was coming up, then yes that is on the team. But Sainz is crawling around towards the end of a long straight approaching a fast chicane. You don't need the team to tell you that's fecking moronic. It's a shambles the stewards haven't come down on him much harder.
