PSG better, but Leipzig have only themselves to blame really. You can't cough up those kinds of chances against one of the most lethal front lines in football.
When Leipzig did go all-in at 0-3, they actually pressed the PSG defence into a few errors and made them look a bit panicky. Bayern will be licking their lips at that if they get past Lyon as I expect.

Brave performance from Lyon who didn't disgrace themselves but Bayern just a class above. Lyon will have to wait until next year for European football now.

The thoughts of Qatar's lording the Champions League over the rest of Europe is a horrible thought with the billions they spent €400m in transfer fees alone for Neymar and Mbappe.
Even worse them lording over there Middle East rivals who will feel the need to sports wash even more and pump more oil money in to try and win there own.
