Coraline (2009) Movie Thread

Watched for the first time last night. It's fantastic stuff. Maybe a bit dark for younger kids but all in all a masterpiece that stands up well to Gaiman's Graphic Novel.

Great characters, atmosphere, animation and storyline.

Enjoyable for adults and children alike and, for us, a family favourite. Both of my daughters have watched the film more times than I can remember from around age 5 or 6. It can be a little scary on first viewing, so would recommend sitting down and watching it with children initially.

Definitely stood the test of time even if it has only been 14 years since its release.

Fabulous story with a lot of strangeness. Great characters and plot. If you have not already seen, give it a watch...you are in for a strange journey.
