Sickening for Scotland conceding a goal in the final minute. Now in extra-time and you'd have to favour Serbia to progress.

Serbia 1 Scotland 1 - Scotland win 5-4 on penalties.

Delighted for Steve Clarke, he's managed to get Scotland playing some decent football. Also delighted for David Marshall - he made a crucial save in extra time and then to save the final penalty. Fantastic!!!

Always the hard way with Scotland but they are finally competing in a major tournament again.

They were the much better team in the 90 minutes but one lapse cost them dearly. It wasn't a contest in the extra 30 minutes, Serbia were the only team that looked like winning.

I didn't think they would win after conceding so late on. It clearly knocked the stuffing out of them.

In 90 minutes that was the best performance by Scotland in a long time.

The Tartan Army will once again grace a major tournament - the Euros can only be better for that!

I wasn't confident before the match and less so after Serbia's late and on the run of play undeserved equaliser but we held on and prevailed in the shootout.
