Will Leipzig get a bye? Surely Russian teams won't be allowed to carry on?

Rangers have a good chance of the quarter finals. Couldn't have asked for a better draw. Not sure they can expect much else after that.

On a side note, the draw also bodes well for the Scottish coefficient. Currently, Scotland sits 9th but after this season they make up 5.75 points on Austria who are currently only 3.35 above them and Salzburg have a second leg against Bayern coming up and LASK have Slavia who have been really good in Europe these past few years.

Not sure Scotland can ever be expected to crack the top 7, but 8th secures a CL group stage spot for the winner and the 2nd team goes into the 3rd round, thus pretty much-securing Europa.

Rangers not at their best tonight but they are through to the quarter-finals.

West Ham are currently in extra-time against Sevilla and have just taken the lead through Ukrainian Andriy Yarmolenko - what a moment if they manage to hang on.

Rangers will face RB Leipzig or Atalanta if they reach the semi-finals, while West Ham could meet Eintracht Frankfurt or Barcelona in the final four if they beat Lyon

Good start by Rangers, already levelled the tie within 5 minutes of the start.

And early today, Leipzig beat Atalanta 2-0 in Italy. Nkunku scoring twice to put the Germans through 3-1 on aggregate.

Both Rangers and West Ham lose the first legs of their semi-finals against Leipzig and Frankfurt respectively.

Rangers are in a slightly better position, a goal down with the second leg to come at Ibrox. West Ham goes to Germany trailing 2-1 but they still have a great chance of making the final.
