Devil May Cry 5



Devil May Cry 5 is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on June 23. Jump into Devil May Cry's signature action at a smooth 60fps in both TV and handheld mode as Nero, Dante, V, and Vergil when Devil May Cry 5 Devil Hunter Edition slashes its way onto Nintendo Switch 2.

Big Walk



From the creators of Untitled Goose Game comes Big Walk, a cooperative multiplayer adventure about teamwork and talking. Set out with your friends through a peaceful and picturesque world full of challenges, puzzles and discoveries. You'll need to work together to find your way around, stay in contact using an assortment of tools, and figure out new ways to communicate when you suddenly find yourself speechless. Explore at your own pace, hang out, and get lost with your friends! Big Walk launches for Nintendo Switch 2 on August 4.

Xenoblade Genesis



Nintendo announced a brand new Xenoblade game! It's called Xenoblade Genesis, and it's due out on Switch 2 in 2027.

Xenoblade Chronicles Nintendo Switch 2 Editions

The Xenoblade Chronicles games are each getting a Nintendo Switch 2 edition. Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, and its upgrade pack, are available today. Additionally, the digital Nintendo Switch 2 Editions of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will be available July 30 and December 3 respectively.

Nintendo Switch Sports Resort



Sports are on the way! Nintendo Switch Sports Resort includes several minigames, including Thumb Wrestling! It's due out exclusively on Switch 2 on October 22. Here's the official blurb from Nintendo:

Return to Wuhu Island with Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, a new entry in the series coming exclusively to Nintendo Switch 2! Create a Mii character or Sportsmate, then get up and moving with intuitive motion controls that use Joy-Con 2 controllers in a variety of ways – as rackets, bows and even handlebars – across 12 sports. Team up or challenge friends and family, or play solo, in new and returning sports like Boxing, Table Tennis, Archery, Tennis, Volleyball, Bowling, Basketball, Golf and Thumb Wrestling – and leisure sports like Skateboarding (using Joy-Con 2 mouse controls), Power Cruising and Prop Plane. You can also do some warm-ups with Jump Rope! The games begin in Nintendo Switch Sports Resort for Nintendo Switch 2 on Oct. 22. Pre-orders start later today on Nintendo eShop!

Final Fantasy Resonance



Final Fantasy Resonance is a brand new HD-2D turn-based RPG from Square Enix due out on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 22, 2026.

The Duskbloods



FromSoftware's multiplayer action game The Duskbloods showed up at Nintendo Direct, as expected, with news that a closed network test is due out this summer. But we don't have a release date, despite Nintendo still saying The Duskbloods launches exclusively on Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026.

Kingdom Hearts 4



It's real and it's finally here! Kingdom Hearts 4 got its big reveal after years of waiting. There's no release date unfortunately, but we know it's coming to Nintendo Switch 2. Now that was a big surprise!

Kingdom Hearts Collection [I~III]



The complete Kingdom Hearts Collection [I~III] comes to Nintendo Switch 2 on October 8. You can play the demo for Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind later today.

Minecraft



A dedicated Nintendo Switch 2 version of Minecraft is on the way. Expect better visuals and enhanced lighting and shadow effects. Your Switch worlds carry over. It's due out at some point this year.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2



Saber Interactive's wonderful Warhammer 40,000 action game Space Marine 2 is coming to Nintendo Switch 2! I'm a massive fan of Space Marine 2, and Warhammer 40,000 generally, so it's cool to see Titus and friends make their way onto a Nintendo console. I'm really interested to see how the console copes with some of Space Marine 2's more performance-heavy sequences, particularly when there are hundreds of Tyranids on-screen at once. It's due out this holiday season, publisher Focus Entertainment said.

Splatoon Raiders



We got a fresh look at the single-player Splatoon Raiders, due out on July 23. There's a Splatoon Raiders Direct set for June 30, where we'll learn much more.

Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World



Scout, train and synthesize monsters to discover your new favourite companion in Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World, launching December 3 on Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake



Nintendo closed out Nintendo Direct with confirmation of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake, which is due out at some point in 2026. We got a brief tease showing Link sleeping in his hut. Nintendo promised it will tell us more soon. Can't wait! Here's the official blurb: "The Nintendo 64 classic returns for a new generation in 2026, reborn exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2!"
