Al Hilal have made an offer worth €140m to Napoli for striker Victor Osimhen. It's thought Napoli would want more than €150m to even consider selling.

The wages on offer for Osimhen are in the region of £1m per week. Reports from Italy are suggesting a meeting between Napoli and Osimhen's agent failed to find a resolution on a new contract.

PSG have triggered a clause in Ousmane Dembele's contract which gives them five days to negotiate his transfer with Barcelona.

Dembele had a €50 million release clause in his contract until midnight last night.

Liverpool have tabled an improved bid for Romeo Lavia but are concurrently exploring a deal for Andre of Fluminense, if Southampton's valuation for their teenage midfielder remains excessive.

Reports suggest the new offer from the Reds is still below an initial £40m, with Saints wanting £50m for the Belgian international.

Newcastle have agreed a deal with Southampton to sign right-back Tino Livramento.

Looked good in parts during his first season at Soton but has had so many injury problems since then. Think he only played like 2 games last year. Probably hasn't played more than 30 top flight matches, all told.

Risky punt for whoever is signing him. Would probably have been better off getting a full season under his belt in the championship. Not sure he'll start over Trippier.

Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie is close to finalising a €15m (£12.9m) transfer to Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli.

The Middle Eastern club, who have already signed Riyad Mahrez, Roberto Firmino, Edouard Mendy, and Allan Saint-Maximin this summer, were showing interest in the 26-year-old.

The Ivory Coast international, who joined Barcelona from AC Milan on a free transfer last summer, was not involved in his side's last two pre-season games with Barcelona actively trying to sell the player since the start of the summer.

Tottenham are in advanced talks with Wolfsburg over the transfer of defender Micky van de Ven.

An initial fee of £34.5m rising to a potential £43m, inclusive of add-ons, is on the verge of being agreed between the clubs.

Once the deal is finalised, he is expected to travel to the UK to undergo a medical. The player is understood to be very keen on the move.
