Yes, many years ago. Stayed home while the family was on vacation due to a summer job and managed to leave the hidden spare key in the house along with my own key. Managed to "break in" with the help of a friend.

Yes, rather harshly in my opinion.. I was just a few cm over the line of a space reserved as a loading bay. I didn't bother challenging it though.

Yes, at least one on every job over the years going right back to my summer jobs in university. My wife technically even started out as one (we met and hit it off working together on a part-time job in grad school).

Yes, I tend to have a 2-year spell with jobs, get itchy feet and move on to something else.
One of my most recent switches was leaving an admin role within the NHS to work for a call centre at a telecoms company (Plusnet). I loved the group that I trained with, and the company's perceived ethos of doing right by the customer - even using the slogan "we'll do you proud". It didn't take long for me to realise this was utter nonsense, and was a role that very quickly took it's toll on my mental health.
HYE made a decision, only to almost immediately regret it?
