All of a sudden the Rams have kicked into gear on both sides of the ball. This game could really go either way.

The Miami Dolphins released eight-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Tyreek Hill and edge rusher Bradley Chubb on Monday, league sources confirmed on Monday.

Hill's tenure in Miami ends after four seasons, after he was the Kansas City Chiefs' fifth-round pick in 2016 out of West Alabama. The 31-year-old is a five-time first-team All-Pro (once as a return specialist in 2016).

The one-time Super Bowl champion with Kansas City is seventh among active receivers in career receiving yards with 11,363 in 10 seasons. His 83 career touchdown receptions rank fourth among active receivers, and his 819 receptions rank eighth.

The Dolphins acquired Hill from Kansas City in 2022 for five draft picks: a 2022 first-round pick (No. 29), a 2022 second-round pick (No. 50), a 2022 fourth-round pick and fourth- and sixth-round picks in the 2023 draft. They also gave him a four-year, $120 million extension.

Hill led the league in receiving yards in 2023 and is a member of the 2010s NFL All-Decade Team.

His 2025 season ended early in Week 4 after he suffered a severe left knee dislocation and multi-ligament tear, including to his ACL, against the New York Jets.

Chubb, 29, is a two-time Pro Bowl selection (2020 and 2022) in his seven-year NFL career. Drafted in 2018 by the Denver Broncos out of NC State with the No. 5 pick, Chubb has amassed 48 career sacks.

He has had two seasons with double-digit sacks, including his rookie season (12) and 2023 (11).

In November 2022, Miami traded for Chubb from Denver, giving up a 2023 first-round draft pick, a 2024 fourth-round pick and running back Chase Edmonds for the edge rusher and a fifth-round pick.

Miami also released guard James Daniels and receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine on Monday, clearing $66.98 million and over $56 million in 2026 cap space.

49ers WR Ricky Pearsall out after season ending surgery.

He started last season really well. He's clearly a talented player but his knees are made of glass. Hopefully whatever else the surgery helps him health wise in the long term.
