Boxing greats Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather have agreed a professional rematch in September.

Pacquiao, 47, and Mayweather, 48, will fight at the Sphere in Las Vegas on Saturday, 19 September, with the bout live on Netflix.

Former world champion Mayweather announced last week that he would come out of retirement for a fourth time.

It will be the American's first professional fight since beating Conor McGregor in a mixed martial arts fightwith a 10th-round technical knockout in 2017.

Filipino Pacquiao retired from the sport to focus on his political career in 2021 but returned to the ring last July to fight WBC welterweight champion Mario Barrios, who retained his title after a draw.

Mayweather and Pacquiao first met in 2015, in what was billed as the 'Fight of the Century' and remains the richest in boxing history.

It was Mayweather who emerged victorious, beating Pacquiao via a wide unanimous decision in Las Vegas.

It is not yet known how many rounds or at what weight class the rematch will be contested.

Heavyweights Derek Chisora and Deontay Wilder will reach a combined 100 professional fights when they meet at London's O2 Arena on tonight.

British veteran Chisora, 42, made his professional debut in 2007 and has recorded 36 wins and 13 defeats.

Former world heavyweight champion Wilder, 40, was once considered the most feared puncher in boxing. However, he has lost four of his last six bouts, leaving his record at 44-4-1.

So much wear and tear on the pair of them I suspect it could be a case of whoever lands the first clean shot wins, but on recent form Chisora has to be the favourite.

Should see if Wilder has any power left, as I doubt Chisora will be difficult to hit.
