Cleveland Browns have also shown interest in Watson. Although they have backed Baker Mayfield this offseason they are "fielding exploratory trade calls" about a possible deal although they believe Watson will end up elsewhere.

One of the beat writers in Pittsburgh that is usually pretty spot on had called Mitch Trubisky to the Steelers for a few weeks, he will almost certainly win the job over Rudolph so I guess it's a good landing spot for him, and not the worst signing for the Steelers as long as they haven't overpaid

NFL free agency Day 2

Patriots trade Shaq Mason to the Buccaneers. New England received a fifth-rounder in return for the veteran right guard. The Buccs are also adding former Falcons receiver Russell Gage to their roster.

Longtime New England running back James White will re-sign with the Patriots after missing most of the 2021 season with a hip injury.

Texans re-signing Desmond King. They are bringing back the defensive back on a two-year contract worth $7.5m

Steelers are signing Levi Wallace. The former Bills cornerback is getting a two-year, $8m deal as he heads to Pittsburgh.

Jets are signing Jordan Whitehead. The former Buccaneers safety is heading to New York on a two-year deal worth $14.5m. The Jets have also signed former Seahawks cornerback DJ Reed on a three-year deal reportedly worth $33m.

Randy Gregory is expected to sign with the Broncos. The defensive end is slated to sign a five-year, $70m deal with Denver after it was initially believed he would be heading to Dallas. The Cowboys may turn their attention to Von Miller after missing out on Gregory.

Johnny Hekker is reportedly on his way out of Los Angeles as the Super Bowl champions make moves to release the veteran punter.

Reports suggest Myles Jack is out in Jacksonville as the Jaguars make room for acquired free agency players.

Kansas City Chiefs are signing Justin Reid. The former Texans safety is getting a three-year, $31.5m deal that includes $20m guaranteed.

Buffalo has added Washington free agent, JD McKissic. The versatile running back has agreed on a two-year deal.

The Los Angeles Chargers have re-signed wideout, Mike Williams. Williams has agreed a three-year, $60m extension to remain in L.A.

Von Miller is signing with Buffalo. The former Rams pass rusher has agreed terms on a six-year, $120m deal.

Myles Jack is heading to Pittsburgh on a two-year, $16m deal.

Titans have cut ties with Julio Jones. The star receiver had just one season in Tennessee

Buffalo have announced they are parting ways with veteran receiver Cold Beasley after 3 seasons with the team.

Cleveland are out OC the running for QB Deshaun Watson. The Saints will have a second meeting with Watson as they attempt to trade.

The Buccaneers have restructured Mike Evans' contract, creating nearly $11m in cap room.

Looks like Baker Mayfield is on his way out of Cleveland, Indianapolis is his preferred destination.

Deshaun Watson will waive his no-trade clause to go to the Cleveland Browns, according to reports.

The Browns are trading three first-round picks and two additional picks to the Texans for QB Deshaun Watson.

The QB still faces 22 sexual misconduct civil suits and possible league discipline.

Wow, a massive gamble by the Browns. All the reports indicated it was between the Saints and Falcons.

So potentially a great move by the Browns. They are stacked with talent and Watson could push them over the top. Now they must wait on the civil cases and who knows how long that'll go on for.

The Green Bay Packers traded star wide receiver, Davante Adams, to the Las Vegas Raiders. Green Bay will receive Las Vegas' 2022 first and second-round NFL Draft picks (No. 22 and No. 53) in exchange for Adams, according to a source.

AFC West should be real interesting this year!!
