This seems a lot better than the players' selection. The writers know what they are talking about.

Really nice to see Milano get the recognition his play deserves.

The New York Jets have hired former Denver Broncos coach Nathaniel Hackett as their offensive coordinator.
  • Hackett worked with Jets head coach Robert Saleh when the two were members of Doug Marrone's Jacksonville staff from 2015 to 2016.
  • The biggest question that will come out of this decision is what it means for the Jets' potential pursuit of Aaron Rodgers, who spent three seasons with Hackett in Green Bay.
  • New York also hired former Titans offensive line coach Keith Carter as its new OL coach and run game coordinator.

Dallas Cowboys DC Dan Quinn informed interested teams that he is staying in Dallas.

Quinn was a top candidate for the Cardinals' head coaching job and also interviewed with the Colts and Broncos. But his heart is in Dallas and he wants to win a Super Bowl there.

Tom Brady has retired, again but this time he says "for good" after 23 seasons in NFL.

Legendary quarterback and record seven-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady says he is retiring "for good" after 23 seasons in the NFL.

Brady, 45, first announced his retirement on this day last year but reversed his decision six weeks later, claiming he had "unfinished business".

"I'm retiring - for good," he said in an emotional video

posted on social media. "I know the process was a pretty big deal last time, so when I woke up this morning I figured I'd just press record and let you guys know first.

"It won't be long-winded. You only get one super-emotional retirement essay and I used mine up last year.

"Thank you so much to every single one of you for supporting me - my family, my friends, my team-mates, my competitors. I could go on forever - there's too many.

"Thank you for allowing me to live my absolute dream. I wouldn't change a thing. Love you all."

The Broncos are finalising trade compensation with the Saints that will make Sean Payton the next coach in Denver, a source with knowledge of the situation confirmed on Tuesday. The Saints and Broncos are discussing a package that includes a first-round pick in 2023 and a second-round pick in 2024 going to New Orleans with a 2024 third-round pick headed back to Denver.
