Love him or hate him, it's pretty cool how we were able to watch the career of one of the greatest in the history of pro sports. It's always a plus when the greats are able to retire on their own terms.

I find it strange that there isn't one mention of the Patriots in that farewell statement though.

David76 Well said. He didn't go out broken like some other great. He didn't win thd Super Bowl this year but he did lead the league in passing yards. How many are able to retire after that. We will probably never see anyone go as long as he did again. Especially not someone who drafted in the 6th round. The NFL is well stocked with young QBs, but who knows if we will see any play as long as Brady did or be as successful. We have seen greatness.

A game in Munich and Frankfurt (one each year, alternating) for the next four years.

The designated German teams are Panthers, Chiefs, Patriots and Bucs, so plausible the game will be the 9th home game of one of those teams in the year that conference has the extra home game.
