Yet Another Mass shooting in America yesterday.

Six people were killed in a shooting at a Covenant School in Nashville - three students and three adults. The children have were aged eight or nine. The adults have been named as school head Katherine Koonce, 60, Cynthia Peak, 61, and Mike Hill, 61.

Police have identified the shooter as 28-year-old Audrey Hale, who was shot and killed by officers during the attack. Hale, who had no criminal record, was a former student at the school and officers believe "resentment" may have been a motive.

Hale had a manifesto and had drawn a detailed map of the school, with entry points. Police are now studying those documents.

When will they ever learn? More innocent folks murdered that were just going about their business / not harming anyone.

Here's the question she needs to answer: Other countries have mental health issues, and other countries have transgender people. Why don't other countries have school shootings?

• Residents in Lewiston and nearby Lisbon have been told to shelter in place
• The Central Maine Medical Center said it was reacting to a "mass casualty, mass shooter event"
• Lewiston Police said it responded to two locations, a restaurant called Schemengees, and a bowling alley
• The White House said President Joe Biden is being updated on the situation and offered "full federal support"

Card, 40, is a retired military officer who has been arrested in the past for domestic violence. Earlier this year, he reported mental health issues including hearing voices and had threatened an attack at the military training base in Saco, Maine. He was admitted to a mental health facility for 2 weeks.

Police said one person died and 22 people suffered gunshot wounds in a shooting Wednesday afternoon just after the Chiefs parade and rally ended at Union Station.

Children's Mercy Hospital confirmed it was treating 12 patients, 11 of whom were children. The hospital stated that nine of those patients have gunshot wounds.

University Health Truman Medical Center officials said it was treating eight gunshot victims, two of whom are in critical condition. Four other people were treated for non-gunshot injuries.

The Kansas City Police Department stated that three armed people were taken into custody for more investigation.

Police told those in attendance to evacuate the area after shots were fired west of Union Station, where the parade finished. Officials cleared the area and released everyone inside Union Station, KCPD said in a statement.
