Sunderland will mark their first European campaign since 1973 with a trip to the San Siro after drawing AC Milan in the Europa League. One of their four away matches will come against European debutants Torreense. The second-tier side earned qualification for the Europa League by inflicting a shock defeat on Sporting CP to win the Portuguese Cup final in May. Bournemouth have also been handed a tie against AC Milan, although theirs will be on home soil. The Cherries, who have qualified for European football for the first time, will also face Real Sociedad among their eight games. Last season's Conference League winners Crystal Palace have been handed arguably the toughest draw out of the three Premier League teams, with Pierre Sage's side set up for meetings with Lyon, Real Sociedad and Besiktas. It will be the first time Palace have competed in the Europa League, having been demoted from the competition last July for breaching multi-club ownership rules. Scottish Premiership champions Celtic, who fell into the Europa League after surrendering a four-goal lead against LASK in the Champions League play-off tie earlier this week, will take on Marseille, Benfica and Besiktas. Aside from arguably being one of the best musicians of her era, she personally funded over 330 million books for children around the world. Children will be impacted for the next 100 years because of her kindness. Her music will always be iconic, but that is her true legacy. The word legend is thrown around a lot, but it's unanimous for her.
Aside from being tactically brilliant, you can't deny his passion and dedication. I also think his man-management is on point and that players were willing to run through brick walls for him. Some critics say he is manipulative, but I don't think that's the case. I think the biggest difference between him and, Sir Alex Ferguson who many regard the best manager ever, is that Ferguson was much more stable and unfazed as years went by. This 10-year stint at City pushed Pep to the very edge with the intensity he brought. Honestly, I'm not even sure what is next for him or if there is some gas left in the tank. He will probably decide to come back after a certain time, but I'm also not that convinced it will be a success. Brilliant manager, though.
Navigating the postpartum period can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to diet. The good news is that your postpartum diet doesn't have to be rigid or overly structured. Instead, it's all about listening to your body, adjusting to your new routine, and focusing on nutrient-dense foods that support your recovery and energy needs. Let's explore how your dietary needs may change during the first year after welcoming your little one. Weeks 1–6: Supporting Your Recovery In the initial six weeks postpartum, your focus should be on reliable meals and snacks that include a balance of protein, iron-rich foods, carbohydrates, fruits, and healthy fats. The aim here is to eat frequently enough to aid in healing, support lactation, and maintain your energy levels. While there isn't a definitive list of the best foods to consume postpartum, prioritising protein is crucial. Protein provides essential amino acids that are vital for milk production and tissue repair. If you're breastfeeding, your protein requirements increase, so consider incorporating easy options like eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken, fish, tofu, beans, and nut or seed butter into your meals. Iron is another key nutrient, especially after the blood loss that can occur during delivery. Good sources of iron include meat, seafood, beans, lentils, tofu, and iron-fortified cereals. To enhance iron absorption from plant-based sources, pair them with vitamin C-rich foods. For example, try beans with tomatoes, lentils with bell peppers, or fortified cereal with berries. If you suspect you might be experiencing postpartum anemia or have a history of low iron levels, it's essential to consult your healthcare provider. Some women may require iron supplements, but it's important to seek professional advice before starting any high-dose supplements. Calcium remains vital for bone health, and while the recommended daily intake is 1,000 milligrams during lactation, it doesn't increase. Additionally, breast milk typically doesn't provide sufficient vitamin D for infants, so it's recommended to give 400 IU per day for breastfed and partially breastfed babies starting shortly after birth. Always discuss any supplements for both you and your baby with your healthcare provider. Months 2–3: Do You Need a Special Breastfeeding Diet? You might be wondering if there's a special diet you should follow while breastfeeding. The answer is no! Instead of focusing on specific foods marketed as milk boosters, concentrate on eating enough, choosing a variety of nutrient-dense foods, and ensuring you're removing milk frequently and effectively. It's a common misconception that certain foods are essential for milk production, but what truly matters is your overall nutrition and how well you're caring for yourself during this transformative time. Here are the key points to remember about your postpartum diet: Focus on nutrient-dense foods that support recovery and energy. Prioritise protein and iron-rich foods in your meals. Pair plant-based iron sources with vitamin C for better absorption. Consult your healthcare provider if you suspect anemia or need supplements. There's no need for a special breastfeeding diet; focus on variety and adequate intake

Silent Hill producer Motoi Okamoto has revealed that Konami is planning to release a new game in the series every year. This announcement came during an interview at Gamescom 2026, where Okamoto shared insights into the company's vision for the future of Silent Hill. Okamoto emphasised the importance of innovation, stating, "Our aim is to, hopefully, have an annual release of new games." He acknowledged that sticking to the same American setting could lead to narrative exhaustion and player fatigue. To combat this, Konami is exploring fresh perspectives and diverse settings for future titles. Additionally, Okamoto confirmed that there are several unannounced Silent Hill projects currently in development. He mentioned, "There are still many projects that are still [in] the works and very unannounced titles." This indicates that fans can expect a variety of new experiences that may surprise and delight them. This aligns with comments made by Konami's president, Hideki Hayakawa, who has expressed a commitment to "rebooting" iconic franchises like Silent Hill, Metal Gear, and Castlevania. Hayakawa noted that the company has been creating games for over 50 years and believes that revitalising these properties is a smart move to engage their global fanbase. Silent Hill has recently seen a resurgence with the release of the Silent Hill 2 Remake and the upcoming Silent Hill: Townfall, set to launch on September 22. Notably, Silent Hill f is taking a bold step away from its traditional American backdrop, opting instead for a setting in 1960s Japan, which aligns with Konami's goal of diversifying the series.

How Do You Count Macros? Now here's the tricky part (or so it may seem). Counting macronutrients can feel confusing at first, but calculating how much protein, fat, and carbohydrates you need each day is pretty straightforward. The easiest way is to use a Macro Calculator app to get personalised insights based on your age, height, weight, sex, activity levels, and goals. If you want to know how to calculate macros but also skip the math, a macro calculator is the simplest place to start. When counting your macros, it helps to understand how each macronutrient contributes to your daily calorie intake. Knowing these values makes it easier to translate your macro percentages into actual grams. Protein = 4 calories per gram Carbohydrate = 4 calories per gram Fat = 9 calories per gram What is Counting Macros Say you're following a 2,000-calorie diet. Using a 40:30:30 macro ratio, you can calculate your calorie split across carbohydrates (40%), protein (30%), and fat (30%): 30% of 2,000 calories (2,000 x 0.3) = 600 calories from protein each day 600 calories ÷ 4 calories per gram = 150 grams of protein per day Pretty easy, right? You'll use the same formula to calculate your fat and carbohydrate intake. Macros vs. Calories: What's the Difference? Macros and calories are related, but they are not the same. Calories measure how much energy you get from food, while macros describe the three main nutrients that provide that energy: protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Each macronutrient contributes a certain number of calories per gram. Protein provides 4 calories per gram, carbohydrates provide 4 calories per gram, and fat provides 9 calories per gram. That is why two foods with the same calorie total can still have very different macro breakdowns. For example, one food may be higher in protein, while another may be higher in fat or carbohydrates. Most foods are made of a combination of the three macros in varying amounts. This is also why understanding how you count macros provides more insight than counting calories alone. Calories tell you how much energy you are consuming, while macros help show where that energy is coming from. The same daily calorie total can produce very different outcomes depending on how those calories are divided among macronutrients. Research shows that higher protein intakes support muscle synthesis and retention, while dietary fat plays a distinct role in energy metabolism and hormone function. This means a 2,000-calorie day split toward protein drives different physiological results than one split toward fat. Tailoring your daily intake to an optimal macro split with adequate protein can support muscle growth and retention. This is why understanding macros (not just calories) is the key to making your diet work for a specific goal. Whether you're optimizing the best macros for weight loss or dialing in macros for muscle building, the breakdown matters as much as the total. So what does this mean? Calories answer how much. Macros answer what kind. For general weight loss, calorie tracking alone can work. But if your goal is body recomposition, muscle building, or optimising performance, understanding macros gives you the precision that calorie counting alone can't By understanding macros and how to count them, you can make informed choices that align with your health goals. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, build muscle, or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle, knowing how to balance your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fats is essential.
Metro 2039 is set to be darker and more intense than its predecessors, and the newly unveiled Collector's Edition is sure to catch your attention. One of the standout features of this edition is a life-size replica of the Wanderer's Spartan helmet. This isn't just a cool collectable; it's a nod to the challenges our hero will face as he returns to Moscow's treacherous landscape to confront The Hunter. It seems like the story will delve into some pretty heavy themes, exploring the past that the Wanderer has been trying to escape. The Metro franchise has always had a knack for taking us to dark and unsettling places, and this instalment promises to continue that tradition. But hey, that's part of what makes the series so captivating, right? The adventure is bound to be filled with danger, and what better way to prepare than with a trusty helmet? If you've been a long-time supporter of the series, this helmet is definitely something you'll want to add to your collection. Pre-orders for both the Standard and Collector's Editions will be available later this year, so keep an eye out! You can also register your interest for the Collector's Edition to stay updated. A new gameplay trailer for Metro 2039 was revealed at Gamescom Opening Night Live, showing how players will have to deal with a new regime that has risen from the ashes of the nuclear war that turned the world into a radioactive wasteland. The gameplay showcased several hallmarks of Metro's distinct action. These include dangerous metro tunnels filled with soldiers, monsters inhabiting the radiation-filled surface, and the many, many guns you'll have to dispatch them with. As in previous entries, you'll be able to craft weapons to suit your playstyle, with gameplay that showcases an aggressive approach to the series' stealth action. While Metro 2039 still features mutated monsters and ghouls, it seems 4A Games is focusing more on the atrocities humans can commit in this sequel. As described by developers on stage at Opening Night Live, Metro 2039 is about consequences: the cost of silence, the horror of tyranny, the price of freedom. It is clear the studio is drawing from its experience of developing the sequel while enduring the ongoing war in Ukraine.
