So what is it this year ? Turkey with all the trimmings, Beef, Pork, Beef Wellington, Salmon, or something else?

Turkey, beef and if you're counting it as a main meat staple, pork (pigs in blankets). They form a side dish for me though, so it's turkey and beef with all the trimmings.

Turkey as always this year. Mind you, the meat plays a definite minor role in Xmas dinner for me - it's all about the roasties, sprouts, cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, parsnips, mashed swede/carrot, bread sauce, gravy .... and then turkey (in that order).

That is an almost exact replica of mine, possibly changing the cauli with the sprouts, but otherwise spot on Katy.

Turkey and gammon.
Brussel sprouts with a splash of balsamic vinegar
Garlic and rosemary roasties in goose fat
Pork and chestnut stuffing
Roasted carrots
Pigs in blankets
Big Yorkshires
Proper gravy from mashed veg, meat juices and chicken stock.

That'll do.

I'm having a gammon joint this year, going to slow cook it in cider (it was a toss-up between cider and ginger beer). Roast potatoes, sprouts with bacon & chestnuts and caramelised carrots.

Feels absolutely nothing like Christmas.
