Sean Dyche is the new Nottingham Forest manager following the sacking of Ange Postecoglou.
I wonder how long before a Dyche v Marinakis showdown?

Looking very much like Arsenal are the team to beat in the Premier League this season. Both Liverpool and Man City continue to misfire as the Gunners keep on rolling.

Bournemouth and Sunderland are their nearest challengers.

Arsenal extended their lead at the top of the Premier League on Saturday afternoon, comfortably beating Burnley 2-0 at Turf Moor.

Mikel Arteta's side have now registered seven clean sheets in a row, and eight wins from their first 10 Premier League matches.

Will Arsenal win the league this season?
They are in a great position and playing the best football. There is a long way to go, but I think this could, finally, be Arsenal's year.

Will Arsenal win the league this season?
It is theirs to lose.

Big win for Liverpool today against Villa. They needed that. They are a better team without Isak and Wirtz.

Arne Slot has realised all the signings he made in the summer are shit with the exception of Ekitike. I'm not sure why they bought Isak. I don't see how he fits into their system.

Will Arsenal win the league this season?
They should do. They've got good strength in depth now. Even if they hit some poor form I don't see they likes of Liverpool or Man City going on a winning run.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have sacked head coach Vitor Pereira.

Pereira's final game in charge was Saturday's 3-0 loss to Fulham which the 57-year-old described as his side's "worst performance" of his tenure.

The result left Wolves bottom of the Premier League and without a win from their opening 10 games this season.

Aston Villa are the best team in the Premier League at the moment. They've just beat league leaders Arsenal 2-1 to record their 7th straight league win and have won 9 of the last 10. They are now only 3 points behind Arsenal in the league.

Unai Emery doing a great job again this season.

Oliver Glasner is set to leave Crystal Palace at the end of the season, with captain Marc Guéhi also reportedly close to a January move to Man City, just a few months after the Austrian manager warned he would walk away if the club sold their skipper.

Everton are reportedly considering taking legal action against the Premier League after Chelsea recently escaped a points deduction for admitting to £47.5m worth of previously undisclosed payments made between 2011-2018 😳🤯

The Toffees, who were docked 8pts following two separate PSR breaches during the 2023/24 season, are said to be "particularly unhappy" that Chelsea escaped a "sporting punishment" - instead only getting a fine 😬❌

It's also reported that other clubs have contacted PL boss Richard Masters about the issue.
