Ingredients

500ml chicken stock
118ml half and half (half milk/half cream)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon parsley
½ teaspoon oregano
1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt/pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil
340g egg noodles
3 Tablespoons Butter
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 298g can cream of mushroom soup
frozen vegetables
cheddar cheese (shredded)
sharp white cheddar cheese (shredded)

This easy recipe is a great way to get your family to eat their vegetables!

Feel free to make this with fresh or leftover chicken! The perk of using fresh chicken is that it adds flavour to the bottom of the skillet which adds more flavour to the sauce.

As far as the veggies go, I throw in 2 full cups (or more), of whatever frozen veggies happen to be hanging around in my freezer.
