Looks like we're going to Qatar in November.

The Qatar Grand Prix has joined the 2021 Formula 1 calendar, with a November date confirmed for the debut race that completes the season's schedule.

F1 has also announced a 10-year deal with Qatar, which will see it take a permanent place on the calendar from 2023.

This year, the twilight race at Doha's Losail International Circuit is on November 19-21 and is one of seven remaining rounds of a hugely competitive campaign, as Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen battle for the title.

If they're going to have a triple header, surely it is more sensible to move Mexico and Brazil a week forward and tag them on behind USA.

This is interesting news. Red Bull has been incredibly consistent with its livery since joining the sport so it would be nice to see them with a new look.

What are Honda colours anyway? Are they like the white and red Mclaren of the Senna-Prost days?

Mercedes aren't ruling out another new engine for Hamilton before the season is over.

Another new engine and grid penalty? Mercedes boss Toto Wolff isn't ruling it out...

Wolff said: "We've seen over the course of the season that we've had some little gremlins that we weren't completely sure where they came from and how much performance they could potentially cost. So we'd rather have a new engine in the pool and that we understand that can possibly go longer."

Mercedes have withdrawn their appeal against the controversial finish to the Abu Dhabi GP.

In a statement, the team say they were left in "disbelief" on Sunday and will "hold the FIA accountable" for review process.
