Breaking on MSNBC: The acting U.S. Attorney in Maryland is moving forward quickly to seek criminal charges against Trump's former national security adviser, John Bolton, according to two people familiar with the case.

A complaint or an indictment could come as early as next week.

Kamala Harris was asked if she was surprised at the fact that Trump did everything she warned the nation about.

She said no, but what did surprise her was the capitulation.

So that's Comey, James, and probably Bolton all facing indictments. It's a f**king disgrace that people are following his orders.

THE BIDEN FBI PLACED 274 AGENTS INTO THE CROWD ON JANUARY 6. If this is so, which it is, a lot of very good people will be owed big apologies. What a SCAM - DO SOMTHING!!! President DJT
Before getting into the weeds about whether the President can or cannot directly control FBI operations, it's instructive to point out that on January 6, the President was one Donald J Trump.

His mind is so addled that he's accusing Biden of presidential misconduct while he himself was the President!

God knows how Americans take him seriously.

From The Independent, Kash Patel, Trump's own current FBI Director, has refused to back up the conspiratorial claim.

Patel was forced to clarify the agency's position on its deployment of agents on January 6 in late September, the first time Trump used his Truth Social platform to amplify this conspiracy by writing that FBI agents were "probably acting as Agitators and Insurrectionists" in the crowd. The FBI director responded in an interview, saying that the deployment occurred after the riot began.

Patel told Fox News Digital: "Agents were sent into a crowd control mission after the riot was declared by Metro Police"

Credit where it is due, he has brought together world leaders as they try to find peace in the Middle East. I'm not sure how much input he has had in the process, but it has started the ball rolling.

I do think he has been a little hasty in declaring the war ended, though. It is a very fragile situation that could kick off again at any time.

Looking at how he has been acting lately. Trump is scared that the truth from the Epstein files will come out, and the fallout will be unstoppable. He will continue to deflect for as long as possible.

Childish beyond belief, but it's going to screw them in the midterms, if we even get that far.
