I would say so, needs to be 10-6 worst-case scenario. If Europe could steal an extra half on top of that, the Americans would definitely feel under a little bit of pressure.

Well maybe I was being optimistic - worst fears were realised.

Fully deserved win for USA this time, better in all aspects especially putting. Europe just didn't have that spark that lifts their performance for the Ryder Cup.
