This would be a very good signing for Napoli. De Bruyne is still very capable of playing at the highest level and playing in a league that isn't as robust as the Premier League will suit him.

Man Utd are believed to be in pole position to sign Ipswich striker Liam Delap, with reports suggesting the player would be happy to move to Old Trafford this summer.

His final decision could be swayed by whether or not they win the Europa League final and qualify for next season's Champions League. Delap has a £30m release clause in his Ipswich contract following their relegation.

Liverpool have made contact with the representatives of Florian Wirtz to express an interest in signing him if he leaves Bayer Leverkusen and is keen on moving to England.

The 22-year-old attacker is among the most sought after talents in world football, with Bayern Munich and Manchester City also keen.

Liverpool's admiration is long-standing but it is unclear whether Wirtz intends to depart the team or country he is playing in at present.

Real Madrid are in talks with Bournemouth and the representatives of Dean Huijsen over a move for the defender.

The 20-year-old has attracted interest from across Europe for his performances this season, but Huijsen favours a move to Madrid.

It was reported in April Liverpool were among the clubs with a firm interest in Huijsen, while Chelsea had enquired and Arsenal were also in the mix.

Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur were also keen on the defender, who has enjoyed an impressive first season in English football after joining on a six-year contract from Juventus in July.

Looks like Napoli is gearing up to make another move for Alejandro Garnacho after their January bid got shot down. They're set to meet with Manchester United to discuss the potential signing of this promising 20-year-old winger.

Here's what else is buzzing in the transfer world:
  • Arsenal and Bayern Munich are both chasing Brighton's Kaoru Mitoma. This guy's been turning heads, so it makes sense.
  • Viktor Gyokeres is on his way out of Sporting this summer. Arsenal and Chelsea are reportedly in the mix for him.
  • There's talk that Arsenal is interested in bringing back Emiliano Martinez from Aston Villa. With Real Madrid sniffing around David Raya, this could get spicy!
  • Leicester City is making moves for 18-year-old Abdoul Karim Traore from Bourg-en-Bresse.
  • Arsenal also wants to keep Thomas Partey despite links to Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad.
  • Napoli is making a big play for Kevin De Bruyne too, offering him a £23 million salary after his exit from Manchester City.
  • Lastly, Arsenal's sporting director has held talks with AC Milan's Rafael Leao. Sounds like they're not slowing down this summer!

Man United are looking to offload some players, including Casemiro and the aforementioned Garnacho. They want to trim down for next season, which makes sense. Also, they're in talks with Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo, who's priced at around £50 million.

Newcastle is having some serious talks with Liam Delap to try and snag him from Ipswich. They're competing with Everton, United, and Chelsea, so it'll be interesting to see how this plays out. Also, they're keen on Joao Pedro from Brighton too.

Chelsea isn't sitting still either; they're eyeing Eintracht Frankfurt's Hugo Ekitike and Sporting's Viktor Gyokeres. Ekitike is valued at £84 million, though, so they might have to negotiate a bit.

Jobe Bellingham is reportedly in Germany for talks with Eintracht Frankfurt.
