Suika Game Multi-Player Mode Expansion Local two player battles are coming to the smash hit Suika Game via paid DLC, with three different modes – original, time limit, and attack. Online multiplayer will be added in the future. The DLC is available for the Nintendo Switch today on its own or via a bundle with the base game. Contra: Operation Galuga Contra: Operation Galuga, the revival of Konami's influential run-'n'-gun franchise, received a release date of March 12, along with a playable demo out now. The demo contains a sample of two stages, and will unlock bonus content in the final release. It is available for all major platforms. Penny's Big Breakaway This 3D platformer from the team behind Sonic Mania received a surprise drop. Penny's Big Breakaway features over 40 levels across 11 worlds, with yo-yo based platforming and combat. It is available for the Nintendo Switch now. Nintendo Switch Online Nintendo Switch Online and its expansion pack received five new games, which are available today. The NES received Snake Rattle 'N' Roll and R.C. PRO-AM, the SNES got BATTLETOADS IN BATTLEMANIACS and KILLER INSTINCT, and the N64 got BLAST CORPS. Other Reveals The Direct packed a lot of games into its 23 minutes. The Nintendo Switch games sale has gone live over on the eShop. The pre-Black Friday sale is brimming with deals on everything from Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition to Dark Souls Remastered. For a full list of the games on sale, head on over to the Nintendo eShop deals section of the website. The Cyber Deals Sale will see over 1,000 Nintendo Switch games receive discounts on the eShop. This includes first-party games such as Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, as well as third-party releases like Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2. First-party Nintendo games will be discounted by the traditional 33%, taking many down to around £33. The Nintendo Switch Black Friday eShop sale kicks off at 2pm GMT on November 18, and runs until midnight on Tuesday, November 30.

Crytek today announced that a Crysis Remastered Trilogy will release for consoles and PC this fall. The Crysis Remastered Trilogy features the single-player remasters of Crysis, Crysis 2, and Crysis 3, optimized in partnership with Saber Interactive. The three-game bundle will be available on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and for PC, with the game playing “even smoother” on next-gen PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Crysis Remastered is available for these platforms now, and the remasters of Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 will also be made available separately. “We’re excited to announce that these iconic Crysis games are returning in one bundle, remastered for a new generation of hardware,” said Steffen Halbig, project lead. “Each game is enhanced to look and play beautifully on today’s platforms, delivering the finest Crysis experience for both newcomers to our classic franchise or players wishing to relive the adventure.” The trilogy will allow you to play through the whole storyline from the very beginning with this all-in-one bundle, taking you to the North Korean islands to New York City. If you’re looking for something different and experimental that’s full of surprises, look no further. It releases on Switch later today. GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon from Konami Digital Entertainment and GuruGuru: Showcasing a stylized Japanese aesthetic, the game delivers a dynamic hack-and-slash rogue-lite experience, filled with perilous dungeons, fierce boss battles, and intense, skill-based combat. It’s coming to Nintendo Switch next year. Beasts of Maravilla Island from Banana Bird Studios, LLC: In this 3D adventure game, take on the role of a young wildlife photographer who traverses Maravilla Island’s magical ecosystems to discover extraordinary creatures, learn their behaviors and, most importantly, photograph their majesty. It’s out in June. Skul: The Hero Slayer from SouthPAW Games: Take on an entire army to rescue your king in this 2D fast-action rogue-lite. And the best part? To progress in the game, you’ll need to swap abilities, which is done by swapping heads. With 90 playable character variations, each with its own special abilities, you might think you’re out of your skull in real life. It’s out this summer. KeyWe from Stonewheat & Sons: This cooperative postal puzzler stars two small kiwi birds working in a whimsical post office. They must jump, flap and butt-slam across an interactive landscape of levers, bells, and buttons to get those messages delivered on time. It releases in August. Weaving Tides from Follow the Feathers: Call your Weaver and soar across a stunning woven landscape. Set out on a journey to explore ancient dungeons, solve puzzles, wrap up your foes and unravel the great mysteries of a long-forgotten past. The game is a charming single-player adventure set in a world of magic and textile, and releases for Nintendo Switch in May. Labyrinth City: Pierre the Maze Detective from Darjeeling: Adapted from the children’s book series, the game takes you across detailed mazes to retrieve a powerful artifact. On your quest, you will interact with more than 500 items or characters, find over 100 hidden objects, and wander about in beautiful locations. It will be made available this spring.

After a long wait, we are finally getting a sequel to the Pokemon picture taking simulator, titled simply New Pokemon Snap. The game will come in April, but today we got a trailer highlighting the various things you can do in the game, as well as its region. In a new trailer from the Pokemon Presents, we got a big highlight for the Lental region, where the game will take place. The video also showed some of the Pokemon you’ll be taking shots of. Much like the original game, you can do things to change their expressions or movements, such as throwing baits to get reaction shots. Your pictures will get rated based on rarity, leading to more rewards. The game will also have a social element, where you can share pictures online, where people can like it, and those with the most likes will be featured. This is most likely the online portion that was referenced when the eShop listing went live earlier in the year. New Pokemon Snap is set to release as a Nintendo Switch exclusive on April 30th.
