Hard to know what the procedure is in this case. I'd imagine their clubs will want their own negative test off them before being allowed rejoin the squad after the 2 weeks either way.

The title race will be much closer this year. Chelsea is the only top club that has really strengthened their squad so far with numerous "top" players arriving, it remains to be seen whether Frank Lampard can get them all to gel together to mount a serious title challenge.

Yes, Chelsea have been very active in the market and I look forward to seeing how the new arrivals from abroad adapt to the Premier League - I definitely think they will be stronger this year.

Man City need to strengthen their defence and buy another striker. For me, Gabriel Jesus isn't in the top tier and City need to find a better alternative to Aguero.

Liverpool need another attacking option too and possibly a midfielder.

Man United probably need two or three defenders and possibly a goalkeeper - De Gea made a few hilarious howlers last season

Seems to be mainly financial, the company involved hasn't settled a due payment for March.

On paper! Not sure Frank can set up a consistent team particularly at the back. Chilwell and Silva should improve it but they need a keeper badly. An experienced commanding keeper would make the world of difference.
