The post lacks clarity and detail, specifically mentioning the wrong season year, which confuses the discussion. It needs more effort to set the context for community engagement.

Massive game at the bottom of the table this weekend with Everton facing Watford.

Read somewhere today that Everton has something like 9 points from a possible 60 available since October and Lampard only has one win in his first 5 games (against Leeds) and they've failed to score in 4 of those five games.

Everton beaten again. They also had a player sent off for the third game in a row. They are in desperate trouble and the only thing that may save them from relegation is the poor form of the teams below them.

Burnley move to within one point of 17th placed Everton after coming from behind to beat the Toffees 3-2 at Turf Moor.

Everton are in deep trouble now and they have a very difficult run-in with 9 games left.

Everton are a shitshow right now and fighting for their Premier League lives. Makes sense that they would beat Man United today who are an even bigger shitshow!

Big win for Everton, especially with Watford losing. If Burnley don't beat Norwich tomorrow then it could well be a win that guarantees Everton their PL status.

I don't actually think a new manager coming into Man United will make much difference. There is something fundamentally wrong with the club and that needs to be fixed or no manager coming into the club is going to bring success.

It might come back and bite me before the end but Raheem Sterling is rubbish!

You won't find many arguing otherwise on here.

I'd be surprised if he is still a City player next season.

Gabriel Jesus is another I could see City selling in the summer.

A great game of football between two teams that are way ahead of anything else in the Premier League. A draw is probably a fair result but City may rue that Mahrez missed chance at the end and Sterling's disallowed goal (he was offside - just!) if they don't win the league.

Burnley Football Club have sacked manager Sean Dyche 🤯

Dyche was the longest-serving manager in the Premier League, having been in charge of the Clarets for nine-and-a-half years.

Shocked by this decision. He has worked miracles at Turf Moor on a shoestring budget. Was on borrowed time when the new owners came in. I hope it is not the case but I expect Burnley to disappear from top flight football much the same way other Lancashire clubs Bolton and Blackpool did.

Seems like a colossal mistake from a team that has been reliant on Dyche's miracles years, and who is so connected to the club. Awful decision, won't save them from thd drop but may send them into obscurity.

That's poor form. He has been amazing for them.
