I was impressed by Inter Milan and Inzaghi.

They are energetic, organised and pragmatic...they lack supertop players, yet a solid effort is good enough many more times than not to get a positive result.

Arsenal is a very very pedestrian team without Odegaard. Proper boring team. Zero creativity.

I was looking forward to the Arsenal game before heading to work last night.

God, it was dire. I switched off way before the end.

I think overall football has become boring. I used to look forward to these Champions League games but now most of the games involving big sides are a chore to watch.

Standard fare in the Champions League last night, very much like the old group games.

Big teams winning easily. Hardly going to grab the fans attention.

Shocking performance from Celtic. You can't playing like that against the top teams in Europe.

A brilliant win for Aston Villa! They deserved it, Martinez was superb, as were the team but Barkley looked off it.

Brendan Rodgers' tactics have always been questionable in Europe...even when he was the Liverpool manager.

Celtic can't approach games against some of the biggest clubs in Europe the same way they would against the likes of St. Johnstone and Kilmarnock!

If someone told me 2 years ago that Raphinha would score a Champions League league hat-trick for Barcelona vs a Bayern Munich side with Harry Kane leading the line and Vincent Kompany as manager, I'd have referred them to a specialist for brain injuries.

Raphinha has really taken a shine to the captaincy.
