Liverpool v PSG is a hard one to call. I agree PSG are stronger than they were a few years ago. As you said they look more balanced. Arsenal and Aston Villa have a good chance of making the quarter-finals.So, the Champions League Round of 16 draw has taken place. The stand out ties will see Real and Atletico face off in a Madrid derby, and Bayern Munich fighting it out with Bundesliga rivals Bayer Leverkusen for a place in the Quarter-finals.

PSG and Liverpool are the two strongest teams left in my opinion. Liverpool could make me look silly but this PSG side isn't like the ones of a couple years ago. They are much more balanced and are particularly strong in midfield and out wide. Whoever comes out of that tie is favourite for me.
The right side of the draw is tough. Some very evenly matched teams.
